What information we collect about your car key enquiry

When you call or message us, we collect whatever you tell us in order to quote for and complete the work: your name, your number, the car and its year, the spot where it is parked, and what has gone wrong with the key or lock. If you send photos over WhatsApp, for example a photo of a broken key or a damaged fob, we receive those photos too.

For a replacement car key, we ask to see proof of ownership at the car: the V5C logbook and photo ID. Those documents are checked at the car and handed straight back to you.

How your car key information is used

Your information is used for one purpose: quoting for, arranging and completing the car key or car lock work you asked for. We use your phone number to contact you about the job, and your vehicle details to bring the right equipment for your car.

Your details are never sold, never passed to marketers, and never used for mailing lists. We do not combine what you tell us with data from any other source.
